What does CWG actually invite us to embrace?

The Conversations with God cosmology covers 3,000+ pages spanning nine books — which has led to many, many requests from people to find a way to condense the insights in these texts to those that might be considered the Most Important. In response to those many requests, I have done this.

Below are the 25 Core Messages of Conversations with God. I invite your reflections, reactions, response and commentary of these foundational principles of The New Spirituality.

THE 25 CORE MESSAGES OF

CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD

1. God talks to everyone, all the time. The question is not, to whom does God talk? The question is: Who listens?

2. We are all one. All things are One Thing. There is only One Thing, and all things are part of the One Thing There Is.

3. There’s enough. It is not necessary to compete for, much less fight over, the “stuff of which there is enough.” Simply learn to share it.

4. There’s nothing you have to do. There is much you will do, but nothing that you are required to do. This is because God wants nothing and needs nothing.

5. There are Three Basic Principles of Life: Functionality, Adaptability, and Sustainability.

6. There is no such thing as Right and Wrong, there is only What Works and What Does Not Work, given what it is that you are trying to do. What it is that you are trying to do, and what you will do, shall determine who you are and how you evolve as a species.

7. Every act is an act of self-definition.

8. Love is all there is.

9. You are the creator of your own reality.

10. The Three Tools of Creation are: Thought, Word, and Action.

11. Your life has nothing to do with you. It is about everyone whose life you touch, and how you touch it.

12. You are not your body, you are not your mind, and you are not your soul. You are the unique combination of all three, which comprises the Totality Of You. You are an individuation and an aspect of Divinity; an expression of God on earth.

13. The purpose of your life is to recreate yourself anew in the next grandest version of the greatest vision ever you held about Who You Are.

14. There is no such thing as Time and Space, there is only Here and Now.

15. There is no such place as hell, and eternal damnation does not exist.

16. Death does not exist. What you call “death” is simply a process of Re-Identification, and no one concludes their present experience of physical life at a time or in a way that is not of their choosing.

17. There are no victims and no villains. The moment you declare anything, everything unlike it will come into the space, not because you are a victim, but because of The Law of Opposites, which produces a Contextual Field within which what you wish to express may be experienced.

18. There is no such thing as Absolute Truth. All truth is subjective. Within this framework there are five levels of truth telling: Tell your truth to yourself about yourself; Tell your truth to yourself about another; Tell your truth about yourself to another; Tell your truth about another to another; Tell your truth to everyone about everything.

19. The human race has created a precise set of illusions. The Ten Illusions of Humans are: Need Exists, Failure Exists, Disunity Exists, Insufficiency Exists, Requirement Exists, Judgment Exists, Condemnation Exists, Conditionality Exists, Superiority Exists, Ignorance Exists. These illusions serve humanity when it knows how to use them.

20. The Three Core Concepts of Holistic Living are Honesty, Awareness, and Responsibility. Live according to these precepts and self-anger will disappear from your life.

21. Life functions within a Be-Do-Have paradigm. Most people have this backward, imagining that first one must “have” things in order to “do” things, thus to “be” what they wish to be. Reversing this process is the fastest way to experience mastery in living.

22. There are Three Levels of Awareness: Hope, Faith, and Knowing. Spiritual mastery is about living from the third level.

23. There are Five Fallacies about God that create crisis, violence, killing and war. First, the idea that God needs something. Second, the idea that God can fail to get what He needs. Third, the idea that God has separated you from Him because you have not given Him what He needs. Fourth, the idea that God still needs what He needs so badly that God now requires you, from your separated position, to give it to Him. Fifth, the idea that God will destroy you if you do not meet His requirements.

24. There are also Five Fallacies About Life that likewise produce crisis, violence, killing and war. First, the idea that human beings are separate from each other. Second, the idea that there is not enough of what human beings need to be happy. Third, the idea that in order to get the stuff of which there is not enough, human beings must compete with each other. Fourth, the idea that some human beings are better than other human beings. Fifth, the idea that it is appropriate for human beings to resolve severe differences created by all the other fallacies by killing each other.

25. Your experience of yourself and your world will change overnight if you adopt, collectively, the Five Steps to Peace:

Permit yourself to acknowledge that some of your old beliefs about God and about Life are no longer working.

Explore the possibility that there is something you do not fully understand about God and about Life, the understanding of which would change everything.

Announce that you are willing for new understandings of God and Life to now be brought forth, understandings that could produce a new way of life on this planet.

Courageously examine these new understandings and, if they align with your personal inner truth and knowing, enlarge your belief system to include them.

Express your life as a demonstration of your highest beliefs, rather than as a denial of them.

Thank you very much indeed Neale.
“Courageously examine these new understandings and, if they align with your personal inner truth and knowing, enlarge your belief system to include them.”
It is so very true told.
I`m working on it from the core of the own Being.
You`ll know I have oftentimes wondered about the difference of viewpoint, and what was meant by Self-Realization(once upon a time have studied the teachings by Paramahansa Yogananda as well, a period in the younger days when searching High and Low to find the answers to the life, but later on understood it must comes from Within, within the own self).

    Blessings to you.

“12. You are not your body, you are not your mind, and you are not your soul. You are the unique combination of all three, which comprises the Totality Of You.”

Absolutely true, except the heart is missing…I assume it is implied. But the problem for most people is lack of integration, of unity. They are too much in their mind, or their body, ignoring the soul, fearing or suppressing the heart.

The key, the way I see it, is to teach people integration, the perfect alignment of these 4 aspects of our totality, because this inner unity is more than a concept, yet it is not necessarily easily achieved, as humanity is out of balance and has been for eons.

This is why we can talk about God forever yet still not experience or “know” God…except as a concept, or perhaps through a warm, reassuring feeling of being loved unconditionally by something that is like a father figure, which satisfies most people.

But the actual power of the divine is in its oneness. And this oneness cannot be known (apart from conceptual understanding) until we are one within, integrated, aligned. Then we resonate with it, we “vibrate” with it. We know it from within our being, not just conceptually.

I think I need to print and frame this, or maybe make it into a stencil and paint it on my ceiling, despite the repitition.

    Dear reader (not just Neale)
Mewabe is probably right about integration, but it’s a ‘diamond plated’ biological roadblock for me, and most people won’t reach such an advanced level of being in 100 lifetimes. Keep it for the advanced mastery course, and stick to what you’ve been doing these last decades. You’re changing people’s perception of God by the millions, and there are billions to go, and rising.

I know, and I know you know, we are a force and a source in the world.

In regard to #23 the 6th fallacy is God does not exist…random stuff we can’t completely figure out except with probability theories & other scientific speculation is in charge of explaining what actually happens. Re-packaging god to clever intellectuals will not work because if god exists then they lose their power over others as the ultimate interpreters of “reality”. Mladinow vs Chopra syndrome?? Intellectual Ego = Edging God Out ( Wayne Dyerism) It just occurred to Me though that God may be the ultimate closet case who is reluctant
to reveal True Self but must do so at some point in any One’s Revolution……

From a certain point of view, Neale has agreed with your fallacy at the beginning of CWG book 1. The thing is that Neale has chosen to try to alter our perception of what God is, rather than use a new word, that no one is familiar with.

I believe part of the reason for this is because the word God is known to more English speaking people than any other word bar none. For the male parent role, parents may teach “father, papa, dad,” etc., but every parent teaches their kids some religious or spiritual practice, and with exceptions like Allah, everyone learns the word “God”, usually accompanied with something called “The Word Of God.”

Neale can’t overcome such a huge obstacle, or convince billions there is no God, especially when so many believe in the concept of a God that is mostly in concert with what Neale understands God to be.

I do not personally agree with the entirety of his definition, but it’s the closest definition in circulation today to what I believe, so I stick with it till I see or hear something closer.

Dear Neil, I have tried to follow all you have written. Some of it gets pretty deep and I get a little (or alot) lost. Thank you for breaking down the 25 Core Messages. Getting right to the heart of the matter helps me to focus better on my own direction/path. I am open to your premises and learnings from your conversations with Source. Thank you, not only for having the courage to share all of your concersations with the world, but for being open to recieve them in the first place. I do feel that we are being called in a huge way in this moment to be AWARE, be peacefilled, and behave on this planet like the brothers and sisters we all are to all beings. Namaste’, big brother.

Dear brothers and sisters(or as the androgenius)beings of us to be. I have spelled andro”genious” with purpose of course.

I do believe of to have experienced bravery of the INDEPENDENCY in the thougts on this board to a larger degree than any other groupings of to have been with in the methaphysical corridors of the language.

Recalling once of to have had a dream which were totally out of the context of once have thought about to be a human being: In the dream “talked with somebody,” without to recognice “the voice,” but the firm voice told(in the dream)with a firm understatement of: “No Man Is Your Enemy.”
I could hardly believe in it !

And I, who always have been a Warrior, thought the voice cannot be ME.

Sigh, it is the same old battlefield of Karma.
Well, in the same context, it is told of God(the Source of all there is) is Patience.

    Neale my friend,
I hope you have come to reealise that all 25 of these are easy ways to generate discussion in an environment like this when you have no other urgent matters that members are asking to have posted up for discussion. For evidence of this, look to the last third of comments in the following thread from Nov 16 at 5:07am (posted by me) on:

Jesus showed so many the light and the way, yet he was crucified because he threatened the values and beliefes that people held dear. 2000 yrs later, and sadly, I am deeply afraid of the horrible atrocities people still inflict on others to preserve what is comfortable to them. My heartfelt desire to share the peace I feel (as a result of honoring my own version of God)- is tempered with much caution… There are people in this world who cannot conceive of allowing your own inner voice guide you, and would prefer a person dead rather than let that happen. I don’t fear death, but neither do I invite dissention. So I stopped trying to “spread the word”. People will seek out their truth on their own.

I do not have to concern myself with what others believe or think, these are out of my control, really. So this information and the concepts and beliefs apply only to how I preceive my connection to Source Energy, and unconditional Love means I must allow ALL others to search and find their own understanding. This is the path that sets me free from attempting to change the world with my feeling of need to have others see Creator like I see Creator. I trust that ALL visions, concepts, beliefs, and deeds will lead to Source Energy, Love. By living life to the best of my ability and understanding, the message then sent forth to the Universe is “Who I Am”, and this is my responsibility, not seeking to change others views. This is peace within, and is not only total freedom for me but for ALL. Namaste’

I have always had a problem conceiving of a loving God, because of emotional neglect I experienced as a child. But with this formulation, it makes sense. This is a God I can believe in, and live with. I also see close connections in some ways with the Co-creative Science of Machaelle Small Wright.

My course has involved intense emotional healing that required a lot of deep feeling work, much of which has been non-verbal, and directly accesses the heart and deep hurts. I only trust things that are deeply grounded. Truth must be grounded to be effective.

I would like to assist in changing the cultural story, but shouldn’t I attempt to change my story and my beliefs first before helping others? Shouldn’t I experience who I really am first before talking on the subject with others?

I love those 25 points. I cant wait to engage the process of change. Will be back soon.
